- No Account Required: Core features require no personal data. No information is collected when using the Application without signing in.
- Optional Account Creation:
- Authentication options: Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, or email address.
- Email sign-in requires verification via a secure link sent to your email (to confirm ownership and prevent abuse).
- OAuth providers automatically verify identity.
- We collect limited data from your chosen provider: typically your name, username, and/or email address—solely to enable personalization (e.g., semester preferences).
- Feedback Feature: Optional in-app questionnaire submissions (experience, suggestions, grievances) are collected solely for Application improvement.
- No Other Data: We do not collect precise location, device IDs, contacts, or other sensitive information.
2. How We Use Information
- Limited profile data (from optional sign-in) is used only to personalize your experience.
- Feedback submissions are used only to improve the Application.
- No marketing, analytics sharing, or other purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties (directly or indirectly), except:
- Standard OAuth details transmitted to Google/GitHub during optional authentication (they act solely as identity providers).
No sale, rental, or disclosure of personal information.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Optional data is stored securely using industry-standard measures.
- We implement reasonable safeguards, though no system is 100% secure.
- We commit to regular updates incorporating latest security best practices.
5. Account Deletion and Data Rights
- You may request account deletion directly in the Application.
- Deletion is scheduled after a 7-day grace period.
- Re-signing in during this period cancels deletion.
- After 7 days, data is permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users under 16 must have parental consent for optional sign-in.
